Bridge Cranes

Our overhead bridge crane systems are available with either single, double or box girder bridges and with either top
or under running end truck configurations.
.

Advantages

Greatest flexibility for hook coverage
and control over the load
Fewest number of physical
obstructions on your factory floor
Top Riding Double Girder
.
Under-hung Double Girder
Enclosed Track System

An enclosed track system offers the advantage of being lightweight and easily repositioned. Modular in design,
enclosed track requires no welding. Its enclosed form keeps dust, dirt, and other contaminants from accumulating
inside the track. This allows for a smooth, resistance-free, rolling surface and reduces trolley wheel and track wear.
Enclosed track is available in aluminum, steel, and stainless steel with options such as curved rail, switches, and
free standing systems.
.

Advantages

Minimal headroom
Low dead weight
Simple to install, extend and relocate
Pre-engineered modular design
Designed to work with any array of lifting equipment such as
hoists, vacuum lifters, etc.
Provide ease of movement and positioning
Doesn't put stress on the building's overhead structure
Jib Crane

Jib Cranes are a common type of material handling equipment used in a job station or secondary task area. Jib
cranes can assist in the movement of materials weighing from 100lbs. to 30,000lbs. and in many cases can be
mounted to existing flooring or can be mounted to existing building columns. We offer lightweight manual
ergonomic design solutions as well as motorized rotation heavy-duty models.

A "classic" application for jibs is to outfit an assembly floor with a series of jibs at individual workstations, which are
then supported by an overhead crane to lift/carry full assemblies. The hook coverage is limited to the boom length
(typically a maximum of 20 ft.). The hook operates along a boom which rotates about a fixed point.
.

Advantages

Capacities to 15 tons
360° or 180
° rotation
Motorized or manual rotation
Precise spotting for light loads
Gantry Cranes

Gantry Cranes are an ideal alternative in buildings which are unable to support an overhead crane. They're also
optimal for lifting and moving material and equipment located within limited spaces. Gantries consist of a
crossbeam supported by vertical legs, designed to ride on casters or floor channels. Frames can be provided in all
steel or aluminum construction. Gantry cranes are also available in various capacities and with fixed or adjustable
heights and spans.
.

Advantages

Portability
Easy assembly

Available in spans up to 150 feet
Available in capacities up to 150 tons
For indoor and outdoor applications
Monorail

With a monorail system, the hoist and trolley run on a single stationary beam. Because of their inherent speed and
efficiency, monorail systems are an effective method of moving and positioning loads to specific locations. They are
available in capacities up to 150 tons. Monorails are best used in applications where materials are to be
transported from one fixed point to another fixed location, or through a process; e.g., painting, blasting, delivering
hot metal from the furnace to a fixed pouring location.
.

Advantages

Uses no floor space allowing more productivity with every square foot
Hoists

As an authorized distributor for these major brands, we can supply you with new hoists to meet your requirements
or factory replacement parts for your existing equipment.
.

Options

Electric wire rope hoists
Electric chain hoists
Pneumatic chain hoists
Manual hoists
Theatrical Hoists

Theatrical Hoists are used for safe handling of stage and theatrical equipment. Whether a minor venue or a tough
rigging application requiring the mobilization of multiple lighting systems, speakers or sceneries, there are diverse
models to meet each need. Below are some of the most popular models; other brands are available as well.
.
Crane and Hoist Controls

Pushbutton stations and radio control are available as options and come in configurations to meet your needs.

Trademark offers a full range of control schemes to satisfy your requirements for speed, positioning accuracy, and
maintainability. Control types are range from single speed through djustable frequency control for the ultimate in
positioning and speed control.
.
